(4) Molding In the modeling process, the masters need to blow in the blower in the hand to ensure the shape of the glass.  Because the scale is difficult to handle, the yield is extremely low. 

(5) Annealing After the glass is formed, the masters should put the fired glass into the insulation kiln, more than 500 degrees, and keep it for 4 days.  If the glass bottle does not burst, it means that the glass has been re-formed.

Packaging

Each product is individually packaged and we will put 8-10 pcs harder paper stick to protect the box inside and use 7-layer Carton with an easy broken label outside.

6.How can I get samples to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 7-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. The clients need to cover the freight collect.

7.What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 15-25 days.
