2.Are these glass items broken easily during delivery?
We use the velvet small scrips and polyfoam to fill the blankets, and packed with wooden case, this kind of packing can make the products safe during the delivery. Don't worry! Also will have extra replacements be sent to you.
3.Are you accept Credit Card, Visa, Paypal ,etc. payment?
We all done business by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union.50% deposit, the balance before shipping.
4.What kind of shipping way do you use?
By sea and Express all ok, you can choose by yourself.
5.How the glass plates be sticked on the wall?
We offer stainless steel cup and expansion screw, you can finish
installation within 1 minute. Will show you the instruction and pictures when you order.
6.How can I get samples to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 7-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. The clients need to cover the freight collect.
7.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 15-25 days.
